Pohaku Coffee
Farm to cup coffee! One acre of lovingly-tended trees, hand-harvested, carefully processed with spring water & solar power, then sun-dried. We roast in small batches and pack onsite for maximum flavor & freshness! We ship anywhere within the USA.
WOW. WHAT A DAY!!!! So grateful to #kaucoffeefestival for allowing us to be a part of this very special day! I also want to thank this amazing community and our customers for their incredible PATIENCE with us as we served double the amount of drinks we have ever done on our best day. (That’s over triple the amount we typically do at the Wednesday Naalehu market!) We will definitely need a better POS system next time because I like happy faces and short waits!! God bless you all and may we sleep well tonight. 😜 ... See MoreSee Less

Gorgeous. Everyone seemed to see them. We kept going outside even at midnight and couldn’t see them. I don’t get how we missed this beautiful sight.

We’ve got so much more than coffee this week!
Figs, soursop, limes, sharwil avos, ice cream beans and star apples. 💚 As usual we’ll have our fresh- roasted coffees, our delicious frozen creations, and our newest coffee shake…
…The MacNut Crunch! That’s a combo of my very favorite things: Mauna Loa Milk Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts (only the best) 😍, organic cream, and of course our frozen coffee blended with all the good stuff, including Tahitian vanilla and a mauka of whip drizzled with chocolate sauce. It’s a crunch paradise. ☺️

We won’t be making it out to any of the markets this week. Our family is waiting with many tears to hear the news of our rescue furbaby who became suddenly ill. We missed the vet’s call late last night. It’s not been looking good but we’re still holding on to hope for a Christmas miracle. 🫶🏻🙏 ... See MoreSee Less

We’ll be serving up our usual yummy coffee treats at OKK market tomorrow morning (Wednesday) from 8-2pm.
Excited to debut another cold brew recipe! It was such a hit last time, we’re making more and of course, tweaking it a bit, because that’s what I do. 🤓 Come try a free sample and let us know what you think.
I’m also excited to be brewing up our traditional Thanksgiving Turkey brine! I do this every year and love the flavor it infuses into our turkey when it soaks for 2 days. We had some junk oranges on one of our trees that we forgot to water during a dry spell so the peel is awesome but the pulp—not so much. Oops! But paired with our homegrown rosemary, this Pioneer Woman’s recipe is sure to liven up your turkey this year! Stop by our tent from some free oranges and consider trying a new recipe this year. ☺️
